BG Cornhole Warranty Policy/Customs Cancellation Policy
At BG Cornhole, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to offer the best customer experience possible. Please review our warranty policy below:
Warranty Coverage

Seam Protection: We will replace any bags with seam failures within 6 months of the delivery date.

Material Defects: Material issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by BG Customer Service. The majority of valid claims will be honored within 6 months of the original delivery date.
Exclusions

Frays and Punctures: Frays and punctures in the material are not covered under warranty. Most fraying is cosmetic only and does not affect the bag's performance or structural integrity.

Improper Break-In Methods: Bags broken in using unauthorized methods such as vinegar soaking, high heat, boiling, or any other method not approved by BG (or our recommended Toss Sauce process) will void the warranty. These practices are known to shorten the lifespan of the bags.
Replacements

Out-of-Warranty Replacement: If an issue arises outside of the warranty period, single bag replacements can be purchased for $25 shipped for up to 18 months after the delivery date.

Second-Hand Bags: Bags purchased second-hand are not covered under warranty due to the inability to verify break-in methods or prior use.
However, second-hand bags that fall within the same stamp year can be replaced for $60 per set shipped.
BG Cornhole Customs Cancellation Policy
Custom Bags & Name Add-Ons
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at no additional charge if the bags have not yet entered production.
- Once the bags have been made or production has been completed, a $25 cancelation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Cancellation eligibility will be determined based on the production status of the order at the time the request is received.
